Shipping Policy

Every tome from Sasha Noir Bindery is handcrafted to order in our Colorado studio. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production of custom commissions. We ship via tracked courier to ensure your archive arrives safely. Shipping costs for international collectors are calculated at checkout, inclusive of protective archival packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our archival work, custom commissions and signature pieces are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact the atelier within 48 hours with photographic evidence for repair or replacement arrangements. Your satisfaction with our craftsmanship is paramount.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is held in the same high regard as the books we bind. Sasha Noir Bindery Ltd. collects only the necessary details to fulfill your commissions. We never sell your data. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and transaction details within our Colorado-based systems.

Terms of Service

By commissioning Sasha Noir Bindery Ltd., you agree to our artistic process. Variations in natural leathers and marbles are celebrated as unique characteristics of handcrafted work. Terms require a 50% deposit for custom archives, with full payment due upon completion prior to the secure dispatch of your piece.
